Intensive Outpatient Program
Designed for adults aged 18 and over, our program offers individual counseling and group therapy sessions from Monday to Friday. The sessions are available through Telehealth or in-person, and we strive to provide scheduled appointments within 7 days from the initial contact.
What Our IOP Does
Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers comprehensive support for individuals navigating substance use disorders (including dual diagnosis). Our group counseling sessions create a supportive environment, promoting communication skills, socialization, and peer accountability. We introduce structure and discipline into clients' lives while reinforcing healthy norms crucial for recovery.
Our diverse group types cater to an array of client needs including psychoeducation, CBT, skills development, and relapse prevention. Simultaneously, our individual counseling addresses immediate issues, supports abstinence goals, and adapts to cultural differences. With scheduled sessions and a tailored approach, we provide a holistic and effective path to recovery.
